About the Event
First Hour:
· Skating with and without the puck each day
· Edge control and performance
· Skating technique – both forward and reverse
· Tight Turns / Punch Turns
· Crossovers for Speed
· Transition skating / Mohawk skating
Second Hour:
· Puck control
· Stick handling
· Passing and shooting
· Use of passers and other apparatus
Tactics to be included will be:
· One-on-one play (with and without puck)
· Angling for puck possession (offensive and defensive)
· Offensive and defensive strategies (with and without puck)
